Vetting
FSG Security Plc carries out the vetting process with a
genuine ‘enthusiasm’ for the protection of the company, its
customers and the individual. Where we have any doubt, we do
not employ. We will always insist upon a FULLY checkable and
referenced work history and background, together with
personal identification and original documentation evidence.
There are no short cuts for correct vetting and any
potential recruit must be aware that their employment is
only delayed by their own capacity to present information
and documentation that can be verified and properly checked.
There are no exceptions and the rules are in everyone’s
interest.

Open Day recruitment scenarios provide a much greater
benefit for access and attendance during the weekends, and
they permit us to apply larger numbers of management for
interviews and for the vetting personnel to commence their
procedures without the usual daily telephone interruptions.
Although
no system can provide absolute security, as has been proven
on several occasions within the new legislation period of
implementation. FSG Security Plc makes every effort to
ensure that the integrity of its staff is secured,
established and maintained. Therefore ALL staff are vetted
over a period of ten years or to leaving full time
education. |

The Path of
Continual Improvement is not a mere phrase – we
actively encourage the ‘suggestion’ system at every
level of employee.
We are aware that many of them may be
impractical or beyond the realm of implementation,
but there are a great number of these suggestions
that identify serious issues.
They offer some very realistic resolutions to
potential incidents and moreover, they create the
communication and awareness between management and
the workforce. |
