National Control Centre
Our National Control Centre, based within the
head office complex in Leicester, if fully equipped to
provide a first class, professional service, not only to our
clients, but also to all of our staff across the UK.
The centre is run by our Services Support
Manager, Andy Farren.
From this base of operations, all staff who
are on duty can be monitored 24hrs a day, ensuring a high
standard of welfare and support should they require it.
Our controllers undergo a lengthy period of
intensive training to ensure they reach a high standard.
They are not only trained in CCTV monitoring, but are also
encouraged to develop by taking NVQ's in Customer Care,
Equality & Diversity, Teamwork & Communication amongst
others.

The National Control Centre is able to
remotely monitor customer sites and premises from across the
world, enabling FSG to provide a quick and effective
response to any given situation.
